From choosing your seafood to approving its final weight, here is how ordering works.
How do I place an order?
Choose your fish or shellfish, select a weight, piece quantity or available pack, and choose a preparation. Review your basket and send your delivery details. This sends an order request; it does not charge you.
Why is the basket amount an estimate?
Seafood varies in size. Staff confirm the final cleaned packed weight and current quote. Review that quote on your order page before approving online payment or cash on delivery. Cleaning loss is recorded separately from the weight billed to you.
Do I need an account?
You can order as a guest. Signing in with an email code lets you save your profile and addresses, and find new orders in your account. Keep your private order link if you order as a guest.
Where can I track my order?
After sending your request, your private order page shows its status and the final quote when ready. Signed-in customers can also find their own orders in their account. Do not share a private order link publicly.
How do coupons work?
Sign in and enter one coupon during checkout. Its eligibility is checked when requesting the order and again against the final seafood weight. Delivery charges use the seafood subtotal before discount.
What if a rate or item changes?
Published rate and stock updates appear on the website. Your basket remains an estimate; the team confirms availability, your reserved items and the current quote when your order is processed.
