Report a problem
Describe the item and what happened, and share photographs with the team where helpful. For seafood quality concerns, contact us promptly and keep the item chilled while the team advises you. This page does not promise a fixed return window or automatic eligibility.
Changing or cancelling a request
Contact the team before preparation or dispatch if your plans change. Available actions depend on the order stage, preparation and any confirmed payment. The team will confirm the outcome for your order.
Partial returns and COD refunds
Approved cash-on-delivery returns are valued against the discounted price of the returned final packed weight. Any delivery-fee refund is an explicit supervisor decision. Returned seafood is held separately from saleable stock.
Refund status
A return request is separate from a completed refund. The team will confirm eligibility, amount and the actual refund arrangement. For online payments, contact us with the order reference and payment reference; never send a card number, PIN or OTP.
