An order begins as a request
Selecting seafood and submitting delivery details does not collect payment. Availability is checked before your request is accepted. A requested quantity, pack or delivery preference is subject to confirmation.
Final cleaned packed weight
Prices are per kilogram. Piece quantities and named packs are approximate weights, not fixed-price offers. For cleaned seafood, billing uses the final cleaned packed weight; staff record whole-stock use and cleaning loss separately.
Approve the final quote
Staff must confirm every packed weight and the current quote before you can approve an online payment. Review the seafood total, eligible discount and delivery charge. If the quote changes, review the current quote before approval.
Choose your payment method
Online payment uses Razorpay when enabled. Cash on delivery requires approval of the final cash-due quote before dispatch. Wait for payment confirmation on your order page before treating the order as paid.
Support and receipts
Use the private order page or your signed-in account to review an order. Contact the team about changes, delivery issues or refunds. Contact the team if you need specific receipt or invoice details.
